This was a contract job for Full Frame Marketing who I’ve worked for before, for a shoot for Lucy’s Vet Ventures. I had a great time out at the Port Coquitlam Animal Hospital shooting the lovely Lucy and an array of animals and other vet workers. She was pretty awesome to work with, and let me sit in on a quick examination of a pair of very cute labradoodle pups. We also faked a quick examination for the camera of Django, a young German shepherd full of piss and vinegar, belonging to the owner of Full Frame Marketing.
I proudly declared to my wife when I showed her this picture, “this is the kitten I did not bring home today.” This little darling was rescued and was recovering from being abandoned and abused with a lot of fluids and love. I would have taken him home if I didn’t have four of my own already.
You can find out more about Lucy and her story online either on her website or on facebook.
